1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to deliver your products in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or broken, here’s what to do:
Report the Issue: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide Evidence: Share clear pictures of the damaged or defective product and its packaging via email at rsmglobalenterprises@gmail.com.
Resolution:
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Note: We currently do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.
2. Wrong Item Delivered
If you’ve received the wrong product, don’t worry! We’ll make it right:
Notify Us Promptly: Inform us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item.
Exchange Process: We’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
3. Exchanges for Different Size or Product
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or model, here’s how it works:
Request an Exchange Within 7 Days: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Stock Availability: If the requested size, style, or product is out of stock, we will provide store credit or an exchange with a similar product of equal value.
Shipping Charges: Any additional shipping charges for size or style exchanges may need to be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
Opened or tampered books and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Please ensure you review the product details carefully before placing your order.
5. Terms for Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, kindly ensure that:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging materials, and accessories are intact.
You initiate the return or exchange request within the specified timeline (7 days).
6. Process for Return or Exchange

Step 2: Provide order details, pictures (if applicable), and the reason for the return or exchange.
Step 3: Once approved, follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back to us (if required).
Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
Customized and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges (except for wrong or defective items) will be borne by the customer.
